This policy applies to software products and related services provided by DUNE LINES - FZCO that link to this page. The current baseline is no advertising, cross-app tracking, sale, or sharing of personal data.

This policy applies only to a product or related service that links to it. Product-specific notices may add details where a service has its own account, support, or data features.
Covered products do not use advertising SDKs, behavioural advertising, cross-app tracking, or data brokers unless a product-specific notice clearly states otherwise before the feature is enabled.
Information you provide
If you contact developer@dune-lines.com, support@dune-lines.com, or privacy@dune-lines.com, DUNE LINES - FZCO receives the information you choose to include so it can answer the request, investigate an issue, or meet a legal obligation.
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, authentication codes, or other information that is not necessary for the request.
Product data
A covered product may process the information needed to provide its stated function, such as content entered by the user, support correspondence, device-level technical data, or account information when an account is part of the service.
The company does not sell product data. Product data is used to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention, deletion, and user choices

Covered products are not directed to children and are not designed to process sensitive personal information unless a product-specific notice expressly states otherwise.
Security, changes, and contact
DUNE LINES - FZCO uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service, while recognising that no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
